Gentle Yoga - Instructor Susan Simmons, RYT.  Gentle Easy Morning Class. Join us for this gentle morning class with Iyengar style yoga influence, stretching and moving slowly, building up pace throughout the class, but remaining on a gentle level the whole time.  It’s a great way to start your day and build your practice. Not a lot of getting up and down and poses can always be modified to make them work for everyone.

Gentle Yoga, Breath and Yoga style Meditation - Instructor: Lisa Recchione, eRYT .  Meditation has been proven in many scientific studies to reduce stress, increase focus and memory, reduce insomnia, decrease anxiety and depression, reduce blood pressure, and increase immunity.  Why then are so many westerners afraid to meditate? Many people fell that they would never be able to sit or focus. Many have tried and been discouraged. In this class we prepare for meditation with stretching and breath work. We completely relax and, when we are ready, we meditate for an appropriate time to the student's level. We try many different styles of meditation so that each student can find one that works for them. We make sure that everyone is comfortable using props and chairs if needed. Everyone can learn to meditate. The class meets Tuesday evening at 7:00. Beginners welcome.

Gentle Yoga for Back Pain – Instructors: Marty Maddox, eRYT500 and Suzie Purohit, MD, RYT. Wanda explores the subtleties and depths of the poses while allowing you to take it at your own pace.
